The Ampersand Loft Gift Card is provided as a unique code redeemable on AmpersandLoft.com.

The Gift Card is digital, and no physical card will be sent.

Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and no services fees.

Please treat Gift Cards like cash. Ampersand Loft is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

If lost, damaged, or stolen, Gift Cards may be replaced for remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent and cannot be used as payment to purchase Gift Cards.

Promotional offers, discounts, and store credits cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards

We reserve the right to deactivate Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, and fraudulently activated.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept Gift Cards that we believe have been obtained fraudulently.

If we have reason to suspect fraud or breach of these terms we may request evidence, where appropriate to confirm the purchase of the Gift Card before we accept it.
