We ship to Canada and the United States.

United States: $9.00

Additional shipping charges apply to travel mugs (with or without handles) and wine tumblers. Shipping costs may change.

Made to order and delivery estimates

Our products are made to order. Orders are sent to our printing partners on the day they are placed. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. After production, shipping typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your destination.

Please allow time for both production and shipping when ordering a gift. These timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, holidays, postal strikes, natural disasters, and other delays may affect delivery.

Orders with multiple products

If you order more than one type of product, such as a hoodie and a mug, your items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Tracking your order

We will email you updates about your order. Tracking numbers are assigned to most packages, and a tracking link will be emailed when available. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and carrier. Orders shipped in separate packages may have separate tracking details.

You can also view your order details in your store account or track your order using the Shop app.

Import taxes and duties

Import taxes and duties are not included in product prices or shipping costs. If these charges apply, they are the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for products that are not delivered because an incorrect address was provided.
