What currency are your prices?
By default, our prices are displayed in USD. To view prices in CAD, use the region/currency changer: on desktop, it’s located in the top-right corner; on mobile, you’ll find it at the bottom of the hamburger menu. It is also located at the bottom of the website on both desktop and mobile.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments for both local and international customers via: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
If it isn't in your inbox, check in your SPAM folder to see if your email provider filtered it out. Most times this is due to an incorrect email address.
If you feel like you have entered your email address incorrectly, or are not receiving any confirmation emails, please contact us and we will fix it for you and get those emails resent!
How long does it take for my order to go into production?
Orders are held for 24 hours before entering production. This allows for any last-minute changes or cancellations. Once the 24-hour period has passed, your order will be sent into production and can no longer be modified.
After that, your order will be on its way to becoming yours to enjoy.
How does your production process support sustainability?
All products are made to order, reducing waste, supporting sustainability, and saving space with minimal inventory.
Our printing partner’s high-quality printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy than standard industry printers.
All apparel is packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailers, with at least 50% PCR in the outer bags and 30% in inner bags for multi-item shipments. PCR packaging is made from recycled plastics, offering the same protection as regular plastic while reducing environmental impact.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping duration is 1-3 weeks after fulfillment dependent on the destination.
Orders may take a bit longer depending on the destination of the package, crossing the customs borders, during busy shipping seasons, holidays, natural disasters, postal strikes, and other delays in shipping. (We are not responsible for any charges incurred at customs.)
Please be advised that due to the current global pandemic, order fulfillment and shipping may be longer than expected. Please view your tracking information for shipping updates regarding your orders.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States
How much does shipping cost?
Orders are charged a flat rate:
- Canada: $11
- United States: $9
Additional Charges for Certain Items:
If your order includes travel mugs (with or without handles) and/or wine tumblers - additional shipping costs apply.
* Please note that shipping costs can change at any time.
* Any import taxes and duties are not covered by the product or shipping cost. These fees, if incurred will be collected on delivery from carriers and are solely the recipients responsibilities.
I ordered a few things, why did they come separately?
We have a few different warehouses/distributors located in North America, so your order could be a combination of suppliers. It can also depend on the order itself, as some items will need to be packaged separately to avoid damage during shipment.
Why are you getting products shipped from your suppliers to your customers?
Running an online business with minimal physical inventory is space saving, reduces waste, keeps the cost lower, and allows me to sell from virtually anywhere.
Oh No! I entered the wrong shipping information! Can I change it?
Please contact us as soon as you know that you entered the incorrect information so we can change it. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses, so please enter your address carefully at checkout.
Does my order come with a tracking number?
Most of our orders will come with tracking numbers.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be provided in an order shipment email which you can track through the link provided. You can also use the Shop App to get real-time delivery updates from cart to home in one place.
Please keep in mind that the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.
If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification, and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, please contact us.
